It is with this quote of Oscar Wilde that Chef Luca Lot tells us that his cuisine is in continuous search of high-quality products, unique and refined flavors that delight and amaze the eyes and the palate.

Chef Lot, after hotel management school and some experiences in the area, stubbornly left for Venice where he stayed and worked for over a decade. Venice gave him the opportunity to "make his bones" and learn the trade. Learning, something that he will never stop doing; following different courses dedicated to studying new cooking techniques and to refine his culinary skills.

In 2011, together with the owner Alfio De Biasi, he began his brilliant adventure as Chef at the Restaurant “Il Giglio”, and in a few years he took over the management of the restaurant. Persistent and always looking for new challenges, in 2019 he opened CA' NAONIS, a combination of the tradition of his homeplace and of his Venetian experience. A fancy restaurant where one can display the experience gained over the years with the addition of the atmosphere of a Venetian cicchetteria. In a traditional Venetian cicchetteria you can enjoy a good glass of wine paired with a delicious bite (cicchetto).
